A: How do I place an order on OrganicEmart.com?

Ordering is easy, just follow the basic steps outlined below:

  • Browse the website for the products you need.

  • Add products to cart by clicking on the + sign.

  • Follow the instructions by adding your address and choosing your preferred payment method and place your order.

  • Hooray! Now just leave the rest to us to pick the best produce and deliver it to your doorstep.

B: How do I know if my order has been successful?

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email and SMS.

 C: Is there a minimum amount to place an order?

There is minimum amount of 1000 INR to place an order.

D: Does OrganicEmart delivers to me?

At the moment we deliver to Gorakhpur(INDIA) only, but very soon we will be delivering to the rest of the PAN INDIA.

You can subscribe to our newsletter to be updated with our new delivery in PAN INDIA.

E: How much is the delivery fees?

We love free delivery as much as you do. Just make sure your order value is equal or more than 1000 INR and your delivery fees will be on the house!

F: How long will it take to have my order delivered?

Delivery times are different from location to the other. Please choose your location on the checkout to see the delivery times available for your area. 

G: Can I schedule my order?

Like to plan ahead, smart thing!

You can choose the schedule option on the checkout and select the day and time you want to schedule your delivery.

H: How can I change or cancel an order?

You can change, reschedule, or cancel an order at anytime before the order gets shipped.

You can cancel the order thought “My Orders” page in your account dashboard, or simply reach out to our customer support team and they will be happy to support you. I: How can I know the status of my order?

We are making sure to keep you informed of your order status through email and SMS when possible. And to know more details on the status of your order, you can simply log into your account and go to your order history to see your order status progress.

J: What if I am not home to receive my order?

If you think you may not be home on time to receive your order, or if you miss your delivery, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and they will do the needful to ensure the delivery of your order.

We offer multiple payment methods to meet our customers expectations.

You can pay for your order via paytm and other wallets , UPI , NetBanking , Debit/Credit card on delivery, or Cash on delivery.
