Return & Refund policy

Our customers satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept your returns and refund requests as per the below policy:

  • Returns and Refund requests must be reports to OrganicEmart within 24 hours of receiving the order for Grocery Products.
  • Returns and Refund requests shall be submitted by contacting our Customer Support team through phone, email, or online chat.
  • Due to the nature of Fresh Products, returns and/or refunds are only accepted in case of receiving defective, bad condition, or wrong products and which would be evaluated through OrganicEmart.com inspection team.
  • Products must be in resellable condition, and in the exact condition that has been received, that including but not limited to; packaging, boxes, labels, etc.
  • Grocery Products must be stored in a proper way, and which would be stated on the product packaging itself or/and OrganicEmart.com 
  • Fresh Products should be kept refrigerated/frozen based on the product type
  • OrganicEmart.com reserves the right to hold the refund till the product(s) return back to OrganicEmart.com warehouse and go through the required inspection.
  • OrganicEmart.com reserves the right to accept or reject return and/or refund requests based on the inspection of the returned products or based on the violation of any term of the Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy or Terms & Conditions.
  • Refunds to be refunded in the way OrganicEmart.com would see suitable.
  • Wonky products are not refundable or replaceable
